  1. Mix well.
  2. Brush grilled meats during and after cooking. Dilute with cider vinegar for vinaigrette, or dipping sauce

Sage Honey – Wholegrain Mustard

Another twist on the standard honey mustard this sage honey with whole grain mustard makes and equally good sandwich spread as dipping sauce for prawns. Just dilute with rice wine vinegar to the desired acidity and consistency.
