Ingredients


  • 1 liter of water
  • 1 Tablespoon of Raw Honey Syrup
  • A pinch of salt
  • Juice from half a lemon, or more to taste

Instructions


  1. Combine all ingredients in a water bottle.
  2. Shake.
  3. Rehydrate.
